I read a lot of “self help” books. No, actually I buy a lot of self help books although don’t complete most of them. But I don’t regret the buying decision as long as I am able to pick at least one technique described in the book in my daily life. I believe that the difference between a successful person and a not so successful person would not be more than 7 good habits.
